New Features & Improvements

The COVID case report form has been updated:

• Two additional Ct value fields and three Ct date fields
• A new section for historical cases with additional questions about the basis of historical classification
• Additional vaccination questions - date/name/batch for each dose and country of vaccination
• The current vaccination date field will be discontinued but available in custom extracts
