New Features & Improvements

After release 75 a few minor issues were identified. This release resolves those issues.

• Surname and given name no longer have enforced casing
• Custom extracts now correctly include records at the “report to” date
• Notification list scroll bar readded
• “Name of premise” field correctly shows value
