Setting up a work account
You will receive an email from Microsoft asking you to accept the invitation to access applications within PHF Science/ESR. Click “Accept Invitation”.
The email subject line will be: “
The email sender will be:“Microsoft Invitations on behalf of ESR invites@microsoft.com”
You will be asked to log in to your work account. Please enter your work login password, NOT your EpiSurv password
You will be asked to accept that you will be sharing some details with PHF Science/ESR, such as your work email address when you login to PHF Science.
You will be asked to set up second factor authentication when logging into PHF Science/EpiSurv. We recommend that you use the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Click next to confirm use of the Microsoft Authenticator app, and then next to begin the setup.
Within the Microsoft Authenticator app tap the “QR code” symbol near the bottom right OR tap the “+” button near the middle top, then tap “Work or School account”, then “scan a QR code”. Scan the QR code displayed on screen. Once the QR code is scanned and the account is added, click “Next”.
You will be promoted to try out the authentication. Enter the number displayed into the browser into the authentication prompt within Microsoft Authenticator App.
Once approved in the Authenticator app, the browser will complete the authentication test. Click next.
You have now successfully enrolled to be a guest of PHF Science/ESR. Click done.
Go to the Episurv login page and login via the “work account” login, entering your username and password and authenticator approvals as needed.
