There are two EpiSurv login options (as pictured below)

Option 1: Login with your work account (preferred option)

Your username is generally your work email address and the same password used to login to your organisation accounts.

If you need help with your work account details, talk to your organisation’s EpiSurv co-ordinator or IT support desk.
